While new ground-up construction makes up approximately half of the more than 5,500 completed Embree projects, the other half is tenant improvement / remodel / re-imaging / conversion projects. Because tenant improvement and remodels are very different from new ground-up projects, the Embree Group maintains construction professionals who specialize in both types of work. We understand and appreciate both types of projects.
