Rocky Hardin graduated from Tarleton State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Hardin received his license from the State Board of Public Accountancy to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas in 1986. He has worked in public accounting and private industry since graduation and has extensive experience in federal and state taxation.

Mr. Hardin has been with Embree Construction Group, Inc., since 1986. Mr. Hardin was essential in licensing Embree in all fifty states and continues to monitor compliance with licensing requirements annually. He is responsible for the accounting systems, procedures and controls, the human resources department, all state and federal tax compliance, as well as all company finances. Mr. Hardin also works with financial institutions to procure financing for all operational and development needs. Mr. Hardin is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Embree Asset Group, Inc., the development company that provides build-to-suit development opportunities nationwide.

Mr. Hardin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Compass Bank-Georgetown and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Georgetown Industrial Foundation, a non-profit organization created in 1989 to recruit businesses to Georgetown by enhancing the community's ability to attract, support and develop businesses.
