Embree Construction Group, Inc., incorporated in the State of Texas in 1982, and maintains its principal office at 4747 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX, 78628. Embree Construction Group’s principal business is designing, developing, and building retail, restaurant, service, automotive, healthcare, and correctional projects throughout the nation. Embree Group has three affiliated companies – Embree Healthcare Group, Inc., which designs and builds healthcare facilities, and Embree Asset Group, Inc. ("EAG"), which specializes in single tenant build-to-suit development, and Embree Construction Group, Inc ("ECG"). Embree Construction Group’s core business is General Contracting specializing in value engineering, scheduling and quality management, utilizing expert tradesmen through subcontract arrangement, as opposed to utilization of its own forces. The firm maintains over 40 field employees, as well as office and management staff. When projects require, the field personnel will perform certain on-project disciplines.

The predecessor to Embree Construction Group, Inc., was Embree Construction Corporation which incorporated in Missouri in 1979. In addition to the original company, the organization has operated as Embree Group Southeast, Inc., Embree Group Remodeling Inc., and Embree Group, Inc. All of these companies have merged into Embree Construction Group, Inc.
