Bill Paetznick began his career with the Embree Group as a superintendent in 1993 and successfully completed projects for Safelite Auto Glass, NTB and Payless Shoes. Mr. Paetznick left the Embree Group to pursue other interests in 1994 and spent 9 years with an affiliate of Simon Property Group managing the construction divisions and physical facilities operations within multiple super regional shopping centers across the US. Prior to Bill's career with the Embree Group, he was a division manager for a general contracting firm based in San Antonio, where he ran multiple offices in San Antonio, Houston and Austin. Bill also spent several years as an owner/operator of a Sonic Drive-In, later becoming the Construction Manager for a Sonic Drive-In franchise owner where he built a number of new stores in the San Antonio and Austin areas.

Mr. Paetznick returned to the Embree Group in 2003 and now manages the Remodel/Tenant Improvement Division within the company which builds projects for various national restaurants, retail and wholesale firms across the country. Bill's extensive background in remodeling and tenant improvements is invaluable in completing projects on time and within budget.
